We fund both residential and commercial investment property transactions. Our focus is properties throughout the Greater New York City area including New Jersy. We fund single-family homes, condominiums, multi unit buildings, commercial and industrial property.
In 2010 we added California and Florida to our lending area. We lend nationwide for commercial loans starting at $100,000.
